No joy or beauty is lost; rather, dismissed, commodified, and buried by myopia alone.
Mirth and beauty reside in the unacknowledged, unnoticed quotidian snippets of our lives--whether they be an endearing slip of the tongue, a distressed microexpression, or remnants of a construction site--the choice to savor them is forever yours.
Our unique human ability to generatively engage with abstractions enables us to recontextualize and thereby reinterpret ourselves, each other, conversations unsent, misconstrued good intentions, idiosyncratic mistakes, agonizing memories, compassionate decisions, love squandered, context, or the ultimatums of mortality.
